Laura Ross (born 1988) is one of USA's outstanding young female chess talents - having represented USA at numerous World and PanAmerican Youth Championships. She is the youngest player in the field of the January 2003 US Chess Championships.

Ross' debut as a chess dvd author can be found on the American Chess Princesses! in which she analyzes and comments (as a nine-year old!) on her best games from the 1997 World Youth Championships in Cannes, France.
